Indonesian Language Holiday Program
Our two day holiday program is back in 2024, offering an immersive experience for Indonesian Studies students who are keen to enhance their cultural understanding and Indonesian language skills.
Activities are led by VILTA certified teachers and Indonesian cultural experts.
Here’s what to expect:
- What’s cooking? Develop your culinary skills as you prepare and enjoy authentic Indonesian cuisine
- Martial arts: Try your hand at Silat - a non-contact martial arts
- Get your groove on: Have some fun with traditional Indonesian dance
- Language classes: Develop and practice your Bahasa Indonesia
- Explore university life: Discover the Monash Clayton campus

Victorian Indonesian Language Teachers' Association (VILTA) and the Monash Herb Feith Indonesian Engagement Centre present this program as a part of our commitment to promote the study of Bahasa Indonesia and development of cultural understandings.
