What is a digital badge?

Digital badges at Monash provide verified recognition of skills, achievements and professional development. Each badge is a dynamic, portable credential embedded with detailed information about the accomplishment it represents. These badges are designed to be easily shared across digital platforms, enhancing visibility, credibility and employability.

Monash staff, students, and professional development participants can access their digital badges through Credly, a digital credentialing platform. Through our partnership with Credly, Monash ensures that the achievements of our community are recognised, validated and celebrated – both within and beyond the University.
