Submission Dates

2026 dates

All course proposals that require Education Committee and Academic Board approval should be submitted by the dates below.  Proposals submitted on or before these dates will be considered at the corresponding Education Committee and Academic Board meetings.

The Academic Programs and Governance team will contact faculties two weeks prior to the CPEG submission date to get an indication of the number and type of course proposals the faculty is planning to submit to the corresponding Education Committee or Academic Board meeting.
