Leading Labs
Overview
Leading Labs is a half-day blended learning program designed for new lab leaders or for existing lab leaders who would appreciate a quick skill refresh.
This program highlights the essentials for leading a successful lab. It will help you to take a more strategic approach to planning, leading and managing lab activities and people, providing the space for you to reflect and identify solutions to common problems.
