Management Essentials
Overview
Management Essentials provides new managers, soon to become Managers and aspiring Managers with the necessary framework, skills and knowledge to confidently transition to the role of Manager. The program is also suitable as a refresher for existing managers.
The program is open to both academic and professional staff and has been developed by Monash HR for Monash Managers.

Should you register and complete the above Management Essentials Program offered by Monash Leadership and Talent Development, the Monash Education Academy (MEA) will recognise this completion as your MEA Module for this year.
