Emerging Academic Leaders

Overview

Being an emerging academic leader means that you possess high potential with many opportunities to craft an outstanding academic career. The Emerging Academic Leader Program will help you to learn more about academic leader roles such as Academic Head, Associate Dean, Deputy Dean or Director of Centre or Institute. It will enable you to expand your intellectual and practical concepts around academic leader roles at Monash and within the higher education context more broadly, and to consider how you can develop your own career and networks.

Should you register and complete the above Emerging Academic Leaders’ Program offered by Monash HR Talent and Leadership Development, the Monash Education Academy (MEA) will recognise this completion as your MEA Module for 2020.
