Livestreaming in your classroom to Echo360
Overview
This module will introduce you to live-streaming in your classroom and lecture capture capabilities using Echo360. You will also learn how to use the technology, how to identify suitable activities for live-streaming and how to facilitate a hybrid audience (online and in class). This module will provide you with a foundation to maximising the technology to improve the student experience.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this module, you will be able to:
- recognise the rationale and benefits for using live steaming at Monash University.
- identify the steps in setting up and using Echo360 before, during and after your live-stream session.
- determine how to optimise live-streaming to accommodate for a hybrid audience.
- reflect on its past or intended use in your teaching.
