MRO Service Levels

The MRO will complete an eligibility and compliance review of your proposal, provided it is submitted by the MRO submission deadline. In these reviews, we'll let you know where the risks are which should be addressed.

The MRO will perform these kinds of checks on full drafts only—all sections of your proposal should be "Green" in RMS prior to submitting your application to the MRO in RMS for review.

The earlier a proposal comes to the MRO, the more thorough a service we are able to provide. Late applications may receive a reduced level of service.

The MRO will submit your proposal to the ARC in RMS, as such we ask that you press "Submit to Research Office" no later than 10am on the ARC Submission Deadline date. As we manage, review, certify and submit a large number of applications it is important to submit to the Research Office as soon as possible to reduce the risk of any technical errors.

Please note that pressing "Submit to Research Office" in RMS does not notify the MRO that you are ready for an Eligibility and Compliance check, in order to notify the MRO that you are ready for an Eligibility and Compliance Check please navigate to your Pure record and click "Send to Pre Approval".
