Our Grand Round series explores the latest developments across the cardiovascular care continuum, from prevention and early detection, to advanced treatment and rehabilitation while enhancing interprofessional collaboration. Drawing on our expertise and experience across research disciplines at Monash University and a diverse range of thought leaders from the Victorian Heart Hospital and beyond the program aims to improve heart health outcomes for all. Through knowledge sharing and discussion it redefines how care is delivered, translating evidence to action, and helping to train and inspire the next generation of healthcare leaders.
