For Presenters

Oral presentations: Presentations will be 20 minutes plus 10 minutes Q&A. The conference room is equipped with a PC and projection facilities. You may bring your presentation on a USB stick or connect your own laptop via a HDMI cable (please bring your own adaptors if your computer does not have an HDMI port).

If you plan to use a handout, please print these in advance and bring them with you. Note that we do not have printing facilities at the conference venue. We have also created a shared folder in Google Drive for sharing digital versions of handouts, presentations and other materials.

Poster presentations: Posters should be printed up to a maximum size of A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches). We will provide poster boards for mounting the posters, as well as pins for attaching them. Please note that we are unable to print posters for you at the conference venue.
