We look forward to welcoming you on board as a contractor. Before you step on site, follow the steps outlined below.
1. Register
Congratulations on your upcoming engagement with Monash University.
2. Induction & SINE-in
Complete our online safety induction program before you start work. It takes between 25 and 45 minutes to complete and is compulsory for every individual working on campus. Find out more on sign-in via SINE.
3. High Risk Work
Monash has updated the way we treat Permits. You must ensure you advise us when you are undertaking High Risk Work by completing the forms associated with the tasks you are undertaking. You may also need to request specific permits for some tasks from us, depending on the type of job.
4. Our Expectations
Familiarise yourself with our list of contractor expectations – from signing in and securing your equipment to reporting a hazard and managing waste and emissions.
5. Safety Information
We're committed to ensuring the safety of everyone on campus. Follow our safety guidelines at all times and complete a Safe Work Method Statement.
