Photography and filming activities on campus

• The Contractor may disclose its partnership with Monash University on tender submissions. However, the Contractor must not disclose any information, or issue any content prepared for promotional use, concerning the project or the contract, either through its website or for distribution through any other communication channels including media and social media (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) without prior written approval from a Monash representative.
• Photography/filming requests will be considered by Monash following the submission of the Photography Request Form. Please provide Monash with any photography or filming taken of the building, landscape, works or other assets
• For all media requests, please contact Monash media team on media@monash.edu.
• If a Monash representative cannot be contacted, please contact Buildings and Property Division via email: buildings.property@monash.edu.
