International conference on the physics of semiconductors
The International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors (ICPS) will be held from 26 June – 1 July 2022 at the International Convention Centre, Australia.
This meeting is the premier forum for reporting all aspects of semiconductor physics including electronic, structural, optical, magnetic and transport properties. The Congress is expected to attract 800 physicists, semiconductor research scientists, quantum scientists, material scientists, nano scientists, semiconductor engineers, researchers and academics.
SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM STREAMS
- Material growth, structural properties and characterization, phonons
- Wide-bandgap semiconductors (GaN, SiC)
- Semiconductors for MIR and THz
- Carbon: nanotubes and graphene
- Peroskites
- Topological states of matter, topological Insulators and Weyl semimetals, Majorana fermions in solid state
- Low dimensional systems (Quantum Hall, transport theory, 1D, 2D)
- Spintronics and spin phenomena
- 2D materials beyond graphene
- Charge, valley and spin qubits
- Electron devices and applications
