Updating your student details
If you need to update your degree program, student ID or expiration date, contact Monash Connect.
To make changes to your email address, use the report email fault form.
Personal details
Check the changing your personal details page to find out how to update your:
- name
- date of birth
- preferred name
- title
- pronouns
- gender.
Contact information
You can change your home address, postal address, phone number and emergency contact information in the Web Enrolment System (WES).
Check your personal details
You can check your name, gender, email address, phone number, address, Monash ID and emergency contact info with our virtual assistant. It only takes a moment and you’ll need to be logged in with your Monash student account.
