All Monash University and Monash College students have access to Canva Campus – a premium version of Canva that unlocks the Canva Pro feature suite at no cost.

To access Canva Campus:

1. Go to go.monash/canva.
2. Log in with your Monash student account.
3. You’ll be automatically added to Canva Campus – no sign-up or payment required.

Once you’re in, you’ll have full access to Canva Pro features, ready to use for all your projects.

• AI design tools – such as:

• Background Remover: instantly remove backgrounds from images, making it easy to create clean, professional-looking visuals
• Magic Switch: quickly resize and reformat your designs for different platforms or purposes, without needing to start again.

Managing your Canva licence

You have a paid Canva licence linked to your Monash email

If you have a paid Canva account linked to your Monash student email and want to use Canva Campus instead, you can request a refund directly from Canva. Submit your request through the Canva support page.

You have bought a Canva licence (or have a free Canva licence) and want to move it to a private email

Follow Canva’s guide for copying designs or files before graduating.

If you use Canva for research or education, you can request a Canva Enterprise license. Just submit an expression of interest (EOI) form. If you don’t have access to Canva Enterprise, you can still use the free version of Canva with a reduced library of design elements. Take a look at the TeachHQ Canva page for details.
