RevMan Web

RevMan Web allows you to create meta-analyses, forest plots, risk-of-bias tables, and other systematic review elements. It’s widely used in learning or training for systematic review production.

This software is available to staff and students at Monash for use on personal and Monash devices.

Access RevMan Web

  1. Log in or create a new Cochrane account.

    We recommend you follow the eSolutions standard rules for passwords:

    • don’t use the same password as your Monash account when creating a Cochrane account
    • don’t include your username or any part of your name
    • use a minimum of eight characters – it should ideally be 13 characters or more.
    • include at least three of the following:
      • uppercase alphabetic characters
      • lowercase alphabetic characters
      • numeric characters
      • non-alphanumeric (special) characters.
  2. Attach your account to the Monash subscription by logging in and clicking Subscribe.

    This is available to anyone who is:

    • registered with an email address with @monash.edu and @student.monash.edu
    • accessing the subscription page while connected to the Monash network.
  3. When first logging into RevMan Web after subscribing, accounts appear as Trial Accounts – this bug has been reported to Cochrane.
    To access the full suite of features the subscription provides, click the My Portfolio button at the top right of the page.

Help and support

For support, Cochrane has a wealth of information in the Help drop-down, including a Knowledge Base, guides, and a form to contact Cochrane support.
