Become career ready
Director's welcome
"At the William Cooper Institute, we’re here to guide you through your time at Monash and to prepare you for life after graduation.
Having studied both a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Teaching at Monash, I know that university can open doors to fantastic opportunities. I was fortunate enough to take part in the BHP Foundations for Graduates Program, which got me connected with excellent mentors and leadership training. This program proved crucial in developing my skillset, and since then, I’ve worked in the resources, government, consultancy and education sectors.
It's now my turn to give back, and to share opportunities like this with the next generation. We're excited to partner with other university departments, including Career Connect and Monash Talent, to bring you tailored support. This is your opportunity to learn and grow, and I’m so excited to be a part of it."
- Jamil Tye, Director of the William Cooper Institute
