Staff Wellbeing Activity Program – SWAP
Our Staff Wellbeing and Activity Program (SWAP) offers a range of activities you're welcome to join. Sports includes yoga, pilates, boxing, mindfulness sessions and much more.
Activities are organised within departments or by Monash Sport. We make it easier to improve your wellbeing, productivity and work-life balance with discount programs created for all ages and fitness levels.
Our SWAP mindfulness and essence programs, nutrition, diabetes and health and information sessions can also be arranged on request.
Monash has a wide range of cost-effective health services on campus for your convenience.
Our medical clinics at the Caulfield, Clayton and Peninsula campuses are open from 9am to 5pm weekdays.

Our Safer Community Unit provides expert advice, support, intervention, investigation and risk management to reduce the risk of inappropriate and threatening behaviour. It also offers a range of services, including Family Violence Contact Officers.
