The Australia–Taiwan Collaboration in Addressing Legal and Regulatory Challenges in Sustainable Finance (ATLAS Finance) is a joint research and engagement initiative between Monash University, the Taiwan Sustainable Finance and Impact Investing Academy (SFIIA), and partner universities across both jurisdictions. The project is funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) through the National Foundation for Australia-China Relations (NFACR) to support enhanced cooperation between Australia, mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

The project seeks to deepen Australian engagement with industry, academia, and community leaders in Taiwan, fostering dialogue and collaboration to advance sustainable finance and the transition to a net-zero economy.
