Senior Women’s shadowing program
Overview
Monash is committed to increasing the representation of women in senior professional and academic roles. The biennial Senior Women’s Shadowing Program provides high-potential women with critical access to the university’s senior executive and unique opportunities to develop their leadership capacities.
The Senior Women’s Shadowing Program also provides an opportunity for our senior leadership to foster an inclusive community, contributing to the culture change that promotes and supports the greater representation of women in leadership and decision-making at all levels across the university.
