Senior Women's Shadowing Program
We are committed to increasing the representation of women in senior professional and academic roles. Our biennial Senior Women’s Shadowing Program provides high potential women with critical access to the university’s senior executive and unique opportunities to develop their leadership capacities.
The Senior Women’s Shadowing Program also provides an opportunity for our senior leadership to foster an inclusive community, contributing to culture change that promotes and supports greater representation of women in leadership and decision-making at all levels across the university.
The Senior Women's Shadowing Program will next run in 2020.
