Inclusive Leadership workshops support the Monash commitment to gender equity and diversity.
The concept describes a culture of inclusion that actively seeks and values the full contribution of diverse people, skills, perspectives and experiences.
The main objectives of the workshop are to:
- build a strong knowledge base around the key principles of diversity and inclusion
- raise awareness of unconscious bias
- provide strategies for the development of inclusive leadership skills and to combat unconscious bias in decision-making.
