Standard support includes, at no additional cost, a technician available at the start of the event to help speakers and participants set up their presentations and to provide a brief overview of the IT and A/V systems.
The IT Service can also provide specialist support for the setup and management of hybrid events, with speakers and delegates either in the conference room or connecting remotely. Additional fees apply for this service.
