Honours and units

Honours may be taken in European Studies.

Combined honours may be taken in European Studies and another discipline provided that all honours requirements have been met in both disciplines and subject to the approval of both programs or centres. Mid-year entry is offered by the Monash European and EU Centre.

Students undertaking Honours in European and EU Studies are required to complete a research project (ATS4767) plus any combination of fourth year level units in European and EU Studies to the value of 24 points.

The due date for submission of the research project is normally one week after the end of the teaching period in either semester. The Centre may grant an additional one-week extension. Beyond this students are required to submit to the Faculty an application for special consideration.

  • APG4437 Business, Civil Society and Lobbying in the European Union (6points)
