Clinton has over three decades of management consulting experience, partnering with leaders and organisations to unlock their potential through capability development. His expertise spans leadership development, strategic planning, and executive coaching.
He has held executive-level HR leadership positions and served as Director and Equity Partner at Human Capital International from 2000 to 2010. Since 2011, he has run his own successful consulting firm. In 2015, he was an Associate with Melbourne Business School and became a permanent employee from 2017 to 2018 and thereafter remained as an Associate.
He has worked with organisations in a wide range of industries and organisations across diverse regions, including Australia, China, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, and Samoa.
Clinton is known for his adaptable approach and ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all organisational levels. His methodology combines his organisational psychology background with experience in senior leadership and consulting, ensuring solutions are tailored to the client's strategies and culture.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Clinton demonstrates a deep commitment to holistic wellbeing and strives to set a positive example for those he works with. He volunteers as a career coach with Ready Set, a not-for-profit organisation supporting economically disadvantaged job seekers in their employment preparation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Durban, Natal
- Honours in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town
- Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of Durban, Natal
- Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
