Dr. Justin Carrero (MBA, Ph.D.) is a management consultant, subject matter expert on Inclusion and Neurodiversity and educator for Monash Business School. In conventional terms, he is what you would call a pracademic, known for delivering engaging and thought-provoking presentations.

During his doctoral studies, Justin developed the first and only model that demonstrates how net-positive work outcomes are achieved through inclusion. His innovative approach has received high praise from esteemed scholars, and regularly delivers seminars for prestigious companies and universities across Australia, Europe and North America.

He is the founder of EQ Inclusion, a research and consulting firm specialising in developing evidence-backed insights & recommendations pertaining to employee performance, leadership, Neurodiversity, and Inclusion.
