His leadership experience spans business management, sales, national learning and development, and senior consulting roles within corporate businesses. His most recent corporate role was at Sensis, where he was GM of People & Organisational Development for 8 years.

Since beginning consulting in 2012, Hamish has partnered with top-tier businesses, helping leaders build the capability to thrive in dynamic environments. He has successfully delivered integrated leadership and team development programs for a diverse range of clients and industries, including technology start-ups, music management, government, banking, health, media, retail, energy, and property.
