With over 25 years of experience in high-performance environments, Jess began her journey as a national-level teenage athlete before becoming one of Australia’s leading Performance Dietitians. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with Olympic and world champions, premiership-winning teams, business leaders, major corporate organisations, special forces and top schools.
Her impressive portfolio includes the Greater Western Sydney Giants AFL and AFLW, Cronulla Sharks NRL, Giants Netball, Sydney Kings Basketball, Western Sydney Wanderers, NSW Waratahs, F45 HQ, The Australian Defence Force School of Special Operations, Olympic athletes, PwC Australia, QBE, PEXA and many more.
Jess now focuses on executive performance and wellbeing coaching, corporate high-performance consulting, and speaking. Her mission is to translate high-performance sports strategies into the executive and leadership space, helping executives, leaders and teams achieve sustainable peak performance. She achieves this by optimising wellbeing, performance, and longevity through science-backed approaches focusing on nutrition, sleep, mindset, movement and recovery.

Jess holds a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition) from the University of Wollongong and a Master of Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Sydney. She has published peer-reviewed articles in scientific journals, regularly appears in the media as an expert commentator and hosts the podcast Stay at the Top, where she shares insights into achieving sustainable high-performance lives.
