Jo Murray

Jo is a specialist speaker and facilitator in leadership development, organisational change and executive coaching.  She brings clarity, insight and commercial savvy to her work with clients, helping them to understand what matters most and surface strategies to unlock team potential, contribution and results through authentic people-centered approaches to leadership.

Across over 20 years of consulting relationships Jo’s work has reached into a broad range of organisations in the private, public and for-purpose sectors including professional services, finance, advertising, higher education, manufacturing/FMCGs, transport & logistics, utilities, retail, law enforcement, construction, television/entertainment, health care, family services, and high-volume call centres. Her work with boards, leaders and teams is informed by a strong professional background in executive level HR in start-up and growth settings, executive governance and organisational development and learning design.

Jo opens and holds the space for leaders and teams to explore who they are and who they can become with clarity, connection and focus, helping organisation to uncover and articulate their pathway from dreams to results.  Along the journey Jo supports leaders to connect with their strengths, courage and human connection to unlock their leadership potential.

Jo is an accredited facilitator of Dr Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead™ program and is certified in a range of diagnostic tools including Lifestyles inventory (LSI), Team Management Profile (TMP), MSCEIT (emotional intelligence) and DiSC®.

She has a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne along with a Master of Business, a post graduate degree in HR and a Bachelor of Arts. She is a charter member of AHRI, a member of AICD, and has held non-executive directorships for over 15 years.
