What sets our program apart
Meet some of our students
The aid equation: Who should decide how development dollars are spent?
Donors and recipients can want very different things from the same aid program. Jack Hennessy’s research puts those preferences head-to-head.
Beyond weathering the storm: What drives climate adaptation in coastal communities?
PhD candidate Lam Pham grew up navigating floods and disaster relief convoys in central Vietnam. Now she’s building tools to help coastal communities do more than just survive climate change.
Feeding the future: Can prosperity exist without endless growth?
The world has its first trillionaire, yet nearly three billion people can’t afford a healthy meal. PhD candidate George Ellis is examining how Australia's food system can put people and the planet before profit.

Our Integrated PhD program is highly competitive and meeting our eligibility requirements alone won't guarantee you a place in the program. Your transition from the Master of Commerce to the PhD program is also based on meeting discipline-specific selection criteria.
