The Department of Banking and Finance at Monash Business School is delighted to announce details of our fourth Winter Finance Conference, bringing together leading academics and researchers to explore key developments in finance.
The conference will showcase and develop academic research in a workshop-style environment.
Our academic panel, comprising experts in all the major finance disciplines, will select up to eight high-quality papers for presentation.
During the conference, each paper will be assigned a discussant. Following the discussant's presentation there will be an in-depth room conversation. All conference participants are expected to have read all papers in advance.
Our objective is to accept papers that can substantially improve and will benefit from this open audience discussion.
Registration
Registrations are now open Registrations will close on Thursday 16th July 2026.
Submissions of papers for presentation have now closed.
For presenters of accepted papers, we will provide airfare reimbursement of up to $300, plus one night’s accommodation. Conference drinks and dinner after the academic program will also be provided.
Submission decisions will be sent via email in mid-June.
