Accounting Month 2024: High School Accounting Case Competition
This competition-based event aims at developing connections with prospective students and showcasing how accounting can help non-for-profit organisations.
Teams shortlisted for the final will present their proposal to the Monash Business School Department of Accounting and to an expert panel, including a representative from the Mums Supporting Families In Need (MSFIN) charity.
Students studying VCE Units 1 – 4 Accounting or International Baccalaureate Business and Management in Victoria are invited to participate.
Competition details
Case competition submissions are due Friday 19th July 2024; students will be notified of their outcome on Friday 2nd August. To enter, please submit your report with a cover page outlining your school, team members and contact information in a Word document or a PDF file to acc-enquiries@monash.edu. Students will also be treated to a tour of our Clayton campus and short presentations from two of our accounting student groups, Beta Alpha Psi (BAP) and Monash Accounting Student Association (MASA).
