Monash Global Leaders Alumni Panel: The future of work in the age of disruption
Featuring distinguished panellists discussing the dynamic future of work and the ongoing impact of technology, this event is a wonderful opportunity to network with Monash University’s global alumni ambassadors and provides exclusive access to participants of the Monash University Global Leaders' Summit, being held 4-5 September.
Guests include senior leaders from Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, UK and United States, together with Monash MBA and postgraduate students, as well as Business School alumni and industry guests.

Dr Siobhan Martin, Executive Director, HR, Mercer, London, United Kingdom

Siobhan is a Partner and Board member of Mercer Ltd (UK), a global professional services firm, leading their HR function across the UK & Ireland. She previously worked at Ernst & Young and KPMG, leading complex global change projects for clients and has been based in London and Edinburgh since 2005. Siobhan took her PhD in Forensic Psychology from Monash University where she is also a Fellow, and is now Chair of the UK branch of their Global Leaders Network. Siobhan is a member of the Parochial Church Council of All Hallows by the Tower (the oldest Church in the City of London), a Board Member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, and has been recognised as one of the top 10 global LGBT executives by the Financial Times.
Tania Burstin, Founder & Managing Director, MyCause.com.au

Tania Burstin, a business woman and social entrepreneur, started mycause, an online fundraising and crowdfunding platform in 2009 after noticing a gap in the market for donation sponsorship. Mycause has over 2500 charity partners and raised more than $60 million for Australian community groups, charities and individuals. Recently named in the 'Female Fintech Founders' project as a female fintech entrepreneur on #IWD2018, Burstin is a thought leader in the crowdfunding community and has been a Telstra Australian Business Awards (Vic) finalist.
Mr Phillip Hayes-Brown, Chief Executive Officer, Wallara Australia

Philip Hayes-Brown is the CEO of Wallara Australia, a not-for-profit organisation based in Dandenong which provides assistance for people with different abilities. Phil uses his experience across law, finance and sports marketing to work to attract resources and partnerships that help drive greater awareness and social inclusion. Appointed Wallara Chief Executive in May 2010, Phil’s experience includes 12 years with the American NBA with assignments in Singapore, Paris, London and Hong Kong, as well as one year leading commercial operations for the Hawthorn Football Club.
Matthew Dooley, Founder and Managing Director, Connected Thinking Ltd, Hong Kong

Matthew Dooley is a strategic experience and marketing expert specialising in the digital format with over 20 years’ experience working in two of the World’s leading banks. Matthew is the Founder and Managing Director of Connected Thinking Ltd. providing strategy consulting services and specialised training to help large corporations become aware and understand digital modern marketing. He is a Member of the Board of Directors at FinTech Association, Hong Kong and a Board Strategic Advisor at Ammbr Telecommunications Initiative
Paul Atkinson, Regional President and CEO, Prysmian Group Asia Pacific

Paul Atkinson is the Regional President and CEO of Prysmian Group Asia Pacific. The Prysmian Group offers large-scale cabling and technology solutions. They operate in ASEAN with 4 plants in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, as well as a regional distribution centre in Singapore. Prior to this role Paul was the President of the British Cable Association (BCA). He was also, concurrently, the Chairman of the Approved Cables Initiative in the United Kingdom.
