Anne Muldowney
Senior Policy Officer, Older Person’s Advocacy Network (OPAN)
Ms Muldowney holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), a Master of Social Policy, and has more than 30 years’ experience working with and on behalf of people of all ages with care needs and caring roles. She has participated in aged care policy reform and elder abuse prevention and response for over a decade. Her interest in health economics stems from involvement in research to measure the work of unpaid carers and their quality of life. Anne is dedicated to promoting human rights in relationships between older people, families and carers, and aged care service providers.
