The third event in the series will feature Lina Calabria, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Bellroy, an Australia-based brand with its origins in Bells Beach and Fitzroy, which began around a kitchen table in 2010.
Bellroy is a certified B Corp, using business for good, making products that last and making a positive impact on the planet. Bellroy employs a diverse crew, based all around the world, with 25 countries represented at their Melbourne headquarters alone.

Lina Calabria
Lina Calabria is an engineer and business leader. As Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Bellroy, she leads with a focus on shared learning and development, considering alternative perspectives, and applying care and attention to all facets of the company, the people within it, and the wider world around us.
Throughout Bellroy’s growth, Lina has held the roles of CFO, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, and COO. With 20 years of experience growing and improving performance in businesses, Lina has established her ability to foresee emerging opportunities and problems and proactively capitalise on or forestall them.
Prior to her time at Bellroy, Lina worked as a management consultant and had clients such as Australia Post, Royal Mail and Pfizer. Regardless of the industry, Her goal is to understand and optimise a business’s fundamental drivers, and to track (and act at) an organisation’s most important leverage points.
