Masterclass - The critical role of clarity and clear leadership

07/29/2021 12:00 pm 07/29/2021 01:00 pm Australia/Melbourne Masterclass - The critical role of clarity and clear leadership

Exceptional leaders understand that organisational success is increasingly based on people working in genuine partnership. But collaboration is no easy feat and it's often undervalued or misunderstood in organisational structures.

Successful collaboration hinges on clear communication that can help people achieve high levels of interpersonal clarity.  Without this clarity people spend their time second-guessing what others think, acting on the basis of stories they are making up, and wondering why others don’t always follow through.

Join us for our upcoming masterclass on The critical role of clarity and clear leadership as we explore the steps you need to take to lead conversations that increase effectiveness, partnership, collaboration and organizational learning at work.

This session has been designed to introduce you to the skills of clear communication and to practical strategies for building and sustaining partnership at work. By the end of this session, you will learn:

  • The critical role of providing clarity and clear leadership
  • How to collaborate and build partnerships to make your people feel more connected, energised and valued
  • Practical techniques to become a more aware, open, curious, transparent and appreciative leader

This one-hour lunchtime Learn From The Best Masterclass, is presented by Monash Business School’s Executive Education team and features Deputy Dean, Leadership and Executive Education, Professor Richard Hall. Richard also leads the Clear Leadership program.
