Led by Department of Management's Associate Professor Quamrul Alam and Professor Julie Wolfram Cox, this is the fifth Australian Awards Fellowship program for Bangladesh officials.

This year, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) are funding Bangladesh officials from the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources.

The Department of Management has won five DFAT grants and administered leadership and capacity development programs for Bangladesh public servants and the technical managerial personnel of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources. Since 2009, 125 public servants attended capacity building programs administered by Monash Business School.
