Melissa has been working in finance, strategy and customer insights roles for over 20 years.
With experience across advertising effectiveness, first party data, basket analytics and CX optimisation, Melissa enjoys using the data to prove the value of placing the customer first.
At David Jones, Melissa is accountable for defining, delivering & embedding the Customer Strategy and is spending way too much money on fashion.

Laura, once an overseas student from China, has enjoyed over 20 years banking experience across Asia and Australia, including NAB and Westpac, covering diverse industries in relationship banking, people leadership, private equity, and lately ESG/Climate strategy and implementation.
Laura has dedicated the past 10 years in food & agribusiness banking, which has built a solid foundation for her current position as Executive Manager of ESG/Climate Team at Westpac.
Laura also contributes as the advisory board member at Dept of Marketing.
She is also a NED board member to Aust China Business Council, a membership-based national organisation that promotes trade and investment relationships between Australia and China.
