Monash / Xiamen Workshop on Finance, Econometrics, Economics and Statistics
This is a jointly hosted workshop between Monash Business School and China’s Xiamen University, which held the inaugural event in 2014. The event is returning to Monash for the first time since 2015.
Our links with Xiamen University include joint postgraduate programs in Business Economics and Applied Economics and Econometrics, as well as joint research programs, especially with the Wang Yanan Institute for Studies in Economics (WISE) based at Xiamen University.
WISE is one of Asia’s leading centres in econometrics, finance and statistics.
The 2019 workshop will provide a forum for researchers from both institutions to learn from each other, as well as an opportunity to deepen relationships between both institutions.
