Alex currently operates an engineering workshop at the University of Melbourne, bringing hands on industry-maker skill sets to staff and students across the university.

Immediately prior, he worked at Ford Motor Company in a (relatively) small innovation group called D-Ford tasked with looking 15 years into the future to identify, design, and develop experiences that customers would love.

Alex excels at creating the conditions for innovation by building inclusive collaborative environments that help multi-disciplinary teams embrace collaborative ways of working to deliver innovative outcomes.
