Ishani Chattopadhyay

Founder and Managing Partner at Arctic 90, CEO at Social Enterprise Network of Victoria

Ishani is the Founder and Managing Partner of Arctic 90, an entrepreneur-led consultancy that helps impact focused businesses with strategic execution. Ishani is also the CEO of SENVIC, the peak body for social enterprises in Victoria. Ishani grew up in India and Melbourne with a career spanning over 24+ years across India/South Asia, Australia, USA, and UK with a focus on strategic advisory, entrepreneurship, market expansion, investment and innovation. In terms of sectors, Ishani has spent most of her time on renewable energy, climate-tech, food and sustainability amongst others.

Ishani has run several incubation and acceleration programs and mentored over 150+ enterprises, SMEs and businesses on their strategy, investment, governance and operations. She was the Entrepreneur in Residence for NSW Government's Access India program in 2019-2020 and the NSW Government's Going Global Program in 2021 for medtech and cleantech streams.

Ishani has a double degree in Chemical Engineering and Science from
University of Melbourne and an MBA from London Business School.
