Josh Sharma

Head of Startups at LUNA

Josh is the Head of Startups at LUNA. With his experience in nurturing early-stage ventures, Josh currently leads a team of talented accountants and legal experts, to help LUNA clients go from set up to Series A.

Josh is also an admitted Australian lawyer and has a broad range of experience advising startups on a range of matters across the lifecycle - from structuring and employee incentives to capital raising, in both a legal and commercial capacity.

Previously Josh was Head of Labs and worked with major schools, universities and organisations to deliver meaningful educational programs and workshops for entrepreneurs and startups, and continues to deliver these programs with the Monash Entrepreneurship Portfolio.
