Senior Coordinator

Amy is the Senior Coordinator, Corporate Education at Monash Business School, where she is responsible for the coordination and delivery of high‑quality, client‑focused corporate education programs, with a focus on customised leadership development for corporate, government and not‑for‑profit partners. Working closely with academic experts, facilitators, learning designers, business development colleagues and client stakeholders, she delivers a consistently high standard of excellence across program delivery, operations and the overall learning experience.

With a background in psychology, human resources and organisational development, Amy brings a strong understanding of leadership, capability development and organisational change. Prior to joining Monash, she worked at London Business School, where she supported Masters and MBA‑level education and led innovative learning and development initiatives across careers and professional development.

Amy has a strong interest in building leadership capability in the context of the future of work and is passionate about supporting leaders and organisations to thrive in the face of change.
