Elise is a specialist in strengths-based leadership, executive assessment and coaching, wellbeing, culture development and organisational change and is passionate about disrupting conventional leadership and people management practices. With extensive experience in executive level HR across both global and Australian/New Zealand organisations (including Swisse, SEEK, and Cadbury), along with expertise in emotional intelligence, behaviour change and psychology, Elise empowers ‘people-centred’ organisations and individuals to unlock latent potential and create opportunities to thrive and flourish.
Elise has worked and consulted in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors across various industries including, retail, finance, professional services, digital and technology, health care, disability services, FMCG, consumer goods, utilities, transport and automotive, advertising and media, building and construction, customer service, emergency services, education and manufacturing.
In a disarming yet powerful way, Elise helps to bring out the ideals that matter most to us. She believes that to be engaged and truly believe in what you are doing and where you are heading, understanding and exploring compassion, courage, curiosity and connection are essential to contribution, productivity and growth. She is able to straddle the commercial realities of organisations whilst driving deep human connections to facilitate positive change and extraordinary outcomes.
Elise is an accredited Thrive Global facilitator and executive coach and has a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Management from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing).
