Laura Sturt-Addicott is a highly accomplished Leadership and Culture specialist with over 15 years of global experience across Australia, APAC, UK, USA, and Europe. She has a proven track record of leadership roles in both consultancy and corporate environments, and has worked across diverse industries, including healthcare, financial services, technology, and government sectors.

Laura has demonstrated excellence in leading the people side of large-scale culture transformation projects, executive team effectiveness, executive coaching, and organisational development, employing data-driven strategies to enhance leadership effectiveness and organisational performance. As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a certified Executive Coach she has a profound ability to unlock the potential of leaders and organisations, fostering environments that drive outstanding results.

Her career journey includes Leadership roles such as Head of Culture at Westpac, where she successfully led company-wide culture change for circa 30,000 employees. Her career also includes extensive consulting, working to assess, develop and evolve executives, senior leaders and their teams. Laura’s innovative approaches have been instrumental in driving leadership alignment, enhancing team effectiveness, and integrating modern technological solutions to transform organisational culture.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) and a Master of Organisational Psychology from the University of London, UK, alongside a Diploma in Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and is an ICF accredited coach.
