Rachael Savage is the Client Portfolio Manager within Monash Corporate Education at Monash Business School. In this role, she leads a diverse portfolio of clients and organisations, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor to senior corporate, government, and not-for-profit stakeholders. Rachael oversees the full lifecycle of customised learning solutions, applying deep insights to position Monash as a strategic organisational partner for workforce training and capability needs.

Drawing on a diverse professional background that spans corporate education, FMCG, and the Not-for-Profit sectors, Rachael excels at account management, portfolio strategy, and collaborative project delivery. She specialises in strengthening multi-year client relationships, co-developing programs that directly respond to capability priorities, and delivering impact across leadership and development programs.
