Tash Menon-Verheul is a cultural power broker who partners with founders, brands and boards, harnessing networks and ideas to fuel the next era of growth. Recognised by Campaign Asia's 40 Under 40 and APAC’s Women to Watch, she operates at the intersection of creativity and commerce, serving as a trusted partner to visionary leaders navigating the complexity and potential of APAC.

Her career commenced in London, shaping iconic global events including The BRIT Awards and Wimbledon, before becoming a strategic partner to world-class chefs across the UK and APAC.

After graduating with High Distinction from the University of Sydney’s Master of Business (Marketing) in 2017, she founded Mash, an award-winning creative company that reimagined the traditional advertising agency model. The idea was shaped during her time in London, working closely with world-class chef Marcus Wareing, during which she gained firsthand insight into how the gig economy, entrepreneurship, and the creative industry could intersect.

At a time when others were looking west, Tash looked east: building a business designed for the cultural and commercial realities of Asia. Her direct and transparent approach powered Mash to 110% year-on-year growth across APAC for its first six years, earning Forbes’ ‘Mighty Mouse’ title and B&T’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Today, Mash remains proudly headquartered in Singapore and is one of several next-gen organisations that she both advises on the board and holds a stake in.

Over the past decade, Tash has helped global brands including Netflix, Google, and Breitling connect with the voices shaping creativity, culture, and commerce across Asia-Pacific, grounded in a deep belief that Asia is not “emerging,” but essential to the global conversation. She has long championed the region as not just a market, but a dynamic epicentre of cultural and creative innovation. Today, she is the Founder and Principal of Menon Curatorial, a curatorial advisory working with impact-focused leaders and brands across Asia-Pacific.
