Monash phone billing (staff)

If you’re a registered user of a Monash -supplied Telstra mobile or data service, you’ll receive monthly invoices/usage reports by email from broadcast@billview.com.au.

If you’re a staff member with financial reporting responsibilities, you can access mobile and data service reporting at a cost-centre level. Authorisation from the cost centre financial delegate is required for this access.

Contact the Service Desk to request access to cost centre/fund reporting and provide the following:

  • your name
  • your extension number
  • your email address
  • cost centre names and codes of the centres you will be managing, and
  • approval of the financial delegate and their name.

You'll receive your username and password within a few days of requesting access.
