Submit a myServices request for voicemail to be added to your extension. You'll be provided with your initial security code when your voicemail inbox has been set up.
From your extension, dial 27027 or press the messages button. You'll be promoted to enter your initial security code and guided through the setup process.
When prompted, record your name and your greeting message, and change your voicemail PIN.
Once you've finished, your voicemail is ready to use, and your desk phone will automatically divert unanswered calls to voicemail.
If your phone shows that you have missed calls but you have no new messages, you can find out who called you.
Press the Directories button.
Select 1. Missed calls. Your list of missed calls will appear.
Call the person back by selecting their name and pressing the Dial soft key.
Troubleshooting
When you reset the PIN on your voicemail account, you'll be given a temporaryPIN. When you check your mailbox using your temporary PIN, the voicemail system will advise that your PIN has expired. Simply follow the instructions on this page to change your PIN.
If your phone is set to divert calls to voicemail, the display will show Forwarded to Voicemail,and a flashing arrow will appear above your telephone number on the top right of the display.
To cancel the diversion, press the CFwdALL soft key once.
If you don't access your voicemail for 18 months, it will be deactivated. To have it reactivated, submit a myServices request.
