If your supervisor or lecturer will authorise a payment on your behalf, you can purchase through the Service Desk by following these steps.

1. Submit a Service Desk request for a Snagit/Camtasia licence.
2. Based on the person using the software, include the following:
   • Monash email address
   • Monash University (MU) device number
   • cost centre and fund to cover the cost
   • name of the staff member providing financial authorisation.
